Winter is Coming - I

W oczekiwaniu na kolejną cześć powieści oraz na nową serię odcinków serialu. Rozpocząłem pracę nad nową figurą, a mianowicie Winter Knight w skali 70mm wydaną przez Toison Studio. Tak wygląda figurka po złożeniu a przed podkładem.
In anticipation of another part of the novel, and a new series of episodes, I started work on a new figure, namely the Winter Knight in 70mm scale issued by the Toison Studio. Here are few photos of the assembled figure before the primer.

W tego rocznej edycji Tajemniczego Mikołaja na forum SMA otrzymałem taką oto figurkę. Już nie mogę się doczekać, kiedy ją zrobię.
In this edition of the annual Secret Santa on SMA forum I received this figure. I can’t wait to start the work on it.

Roman Aquilifer - Nutsplanet

Roman Aquilifer jest drugą figurą wydaną przez firmę Nutsplanet. Jest to figurką SD, czyli Super Deformed i jest wykonana w skali 54mm. Ze względu na zniekształcenie ma ona 80 mm wysokości. Odlana jest z żywicy a zestaw posiada 17 części wliczając w to miedziany pręt oraz podstawkę z żywicy. Tak jak i poprzednia ta figurka została wyrzeźbiona przez Jun-sik Ahn, malowanie na box-art zostało wykonane przez Myeong-ha Hwang’a.
Roman aquilifer is the second figure released by Nutsplanet. It is a SD figure which means Super Deformed and it’s is made in 54mm scale. Due to the deformation it has a height of 80 mm. It is cast in resin and has a set of 17 parts including a copper rod and the base from resin. Like previous one this figure was sculpted by Jun-sik Ahn and the box-art was painted by Myeong-ha Hwang.

 

Po rozpakowaniu paczki ujrzałem coś takiego.
After unpacking the package I saw this.

 

Do figury została również załączona kartka z rysunkiem na którym wzorowano figurkę.
Box contained card with the concept drawing on which the figure was based.

Głowa lwa razem z górną cześcią hełmu.
Lion head along with the upper part of the helmet.

Drobne elementy takie jak łapy lwa, orzeł, pochwa miecza oraz podstawa orła.
Small parts such as the paws of the lion, eagle, sword sheath and the base for the eagle.

Zęby lwa oraz elementy do drzewca.
The teeth of a lion and the elements to spar.

Osłony od hełmu.
Guards of the helmet.

Tarcza.
Shield.

Tak jak i poprzednia figurka tak i ta jest wykonana na bardzo wysokim poziomie i bedzię stanowić ozdobę każdej kolekcji. Na pewno ją wzbogaci i będzie przykuwać oko oglądających.
Like the previous figure this one is done at a very high level and will be an adornment of any collection. Certainly it will enrich and catch eye of any viewers.
